Notes
- Flank is the first Muhlenberg runner to capture the individual gold medal and earn Centennial Runner of the Year honors. It is his second consecutive first-team All-Centennial (top seven runners) honor.
- Levine, Gorman and Taber are also repeaters from the 2015 All-CC first team.
- Descavish was named Rookie of the Year as the top finisher among the freshman class, placing 22nd.
- Gagnon, a history major, is the recipient of Conference's Scholar-Athlete award, presented to a member of the junior or senior class with the highest cumulative GPA on the All-Centennial team.
- Donnelly was named Coach of the Year for the sixth time (2010-11-12-14-15).
- Eight students were also named to Academic All-Centennial, which recognizes sophomores, junior and seniors on the All-Conference team and have a 3.40 cumulative grade point average or higher.
- Haverford has 95 first-team All-Centennial selections in the 24-year history of the Conference. Dickinson is second with 30 honorees, followed by Johns Hopkins (11), Muhlenberg (10), Franklin & Marshall (9), Gettysburg (7), Swarthmore (4), and McDaniel (2).
