Defending champion Muhlenberg is the preseason favorite to win the 2012-13 Centennial championship in a poll of Conference coaches and sports information directors.
The Mules narrowly edged out Johns Hopkins by earning nine first-place votes for a total of 178 points, while the Blue Jays earned eight first-place votes for a total of 176 points. Haverford (163) and Franklin & Marshall (161) also finished within two points of each other for third and fourth place, respectively.
