United Soccer Coaches All-Region Teams
Nineteen Centennial Conference players have been named to the United Soccer Coaches All-Region V team. The CC secured more than half of the 36 spots on the team. Johns Hopkins received five spots on the team followed by Swarthmore (4), Franklin & Marshall (3), McDaniel (3), Dickinson (2), Gettysburg (1) and Washington College (1).
The seven first-team selections included JHU's Annie Isphording, Breukelen Woodard, Rachel Jackson and Katie Sullivan, McDaniel's Katherine Carstensen and Jules Dotterweich, and Swarthmore's Alice Onyango-Opiyo.
The six second-teamers were F&M's Meagan O'Callahan and Sierra Brophy, Dickinson's Meg Tate, JHU's Emma Huntzinger, McDaniel's Jessica Weinoldt, and Washington College's Rachel Chatfield.
The six third-team picks included Swarthmore's Amelia Mounts, Emme Hansard and Kim Kockenmeister, Dickinson's Charlotte Glancey, F&M's Emily Cleary, and Gettysburg's Molly O'Shea.
Ten players were repeat all-region picks. Sulliivan, Carstensen and Dotterweich earned back-to-back first team accolades. Jackson, O'Callahan, Weinholdt, Brophy, O'Shea, Tate, and Onyango-Opiyo were also repeat honorees.
