Canning broke the course record with a time of 18:33 on the way to winning the Dickinson Light up the Night Invitational last week. She bested the field by 24 seconds to lead the Red Devils to the team title for the second straight season. 

NOTEBOOK:

Johns Hopkins sophomore Felicia Koerner won the Baltimore Metro Invitational for the second straight year, as the first of 11 Blue Jays to cross the line before a runner of another school finished.
