Cardi raced to second place in a field of 223 runners and 27 teams at the Rowan Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle. The junior slipped in front of a pack of Johns Hopkins runners to cross the line in a time of 20:40.8, good for a 5:32.7 mile pace. Cardi and the sixth-ranked Red Devils finished second in the team standings behind only top-ranked JHU. This marks Cardi's fourth Athlete of the Week honor this fall.
