Top Newcomers: Jake Evangelista, M, West Essex (N.J.) HS; Matt Donnelly, M, Delaware Valley (N.J.) Regional HS; Connor Ringwalt, A, Episcopal (Pa.) Academy; Bobby Barroll, M, St. Paul's (Md.) School.

Outlook: Dickinson returned to the Conference playoffs after a year's absence and now look to return to the final and bring the trophy back to Carlisle for the first time since 2013. Maher, a first-team All-CC pick, was third in the Conference with 43 goals and teams with Carney, Lockwood and Goles for a potent attack. Phillips and Strods are the leaders of the midfield, while Usich was a first-team LSM a year ago. Doran and Finneran anchor the defense in front of Jones, a second-team All-CC keeper. The Red Devils will contend for a Centennial title this spring.

Sean Rogers, Franklin & Marshall

Franklin & Marshall (16-3 in 2017, 8-0 CC, defeated Gettysburg in CC final)
Head Coach: Todd Cavallaro (Johns Hopkins '94), 11th season (94-61)
Team Page | Roster | Schedule | Statistics
All-Time Record: 437-388 (.522) since 1947
Centennial Titles (1): 2017
Playoff Appearances (8): 2001-03-04-05-13-14-16-17
Preseason Poll Projection: 1st

Key Returnees: Sean Rogers, Sr., A, 51-33-84, 1st team All-CC, CC Offensive Player of Year; Kevin Mollihan, Soph., A, 63-18-81, 1st team All-CC, CC Rookie of Year; George Briggs, Jr., M, 17-26-43, 1st team All-CC; Tucker McBride, Jr., M, 18-15-33, 2nd team All-CC; Jarrett Donaghy, Soph., DM, 6-3-9, 54 GB, 2nd team All-CC; Shane McBride, Jr., M, 10-4-14; Harry Rice, Sr., M, 12-2-14; Ellis Llewellyn, Jr., M, 8-2-10, 25 CT; Andrew Rose, Sr., F/O, 49.9 pct; Scott Hatch, Jr., GK, 9.19 GAA, 46.7 save pct; Tommy O'Connor, Jr., LSM, 40 GB, 24 CT; Reid Zeigler, Sr., M.
Key Losses: Nick Zenobio, D, 28 CT, 1st team All-CC; Anthony Dougherty, D, 39 CT, 2nd team All-CC; Mike Rama, A, 30-14-44;
Top Newcomers: A.J. Rigsby, A, Bishop Watterson (Ohio) HS; Luke Keating, M, Garden City (N.Y.); Holden Kammerer, Fr., D, Cape Henlopen (Del.) HS; Jake Wetzel, Fr., D, Downington (Pa.) HS.

Outlook: The Diplomats captured their first-ever Centennial title last spring and the Blue and White is hungry for more. Rogers and Mollihan may be the most prolific attack duo in the country, combining for 114 goals and 51 assists a year ago. Briggs and McBride are the leaders of the midfield, while Donaghy and O'Connor are potent short and long-stick defenders. Hatch returns in net, but the question mark for the 2018 Diplomats is on close defense with the graduation of two All-CC players. Offensively, Franklin & Marshall is as good as any team in the country. Answering the defensive question will go a long way to determining F&M's fate this spring.

Jack Harvey, Gettysburg

Gettysburg (11-6 in 2017, 6-2 CC, t-2nd place, lost to F&M in CC final)
Head Coach: Hank Janczyk (Hobart '76), 30th season at Gettysburg (389-115)
Team Page | Roster | Schedule | Statistics
All-Time Record: 516-256-1 (.669) since 1958
Centennial Titles (14): 1994-95-98-99-2000-01-02-04-05-06-07-08-09-15-16

Preseason Poll Projection: 2nd

Key Returnees: Jack Harvey, Sr., M, 32-14-46, 1st team All-CC; Tim Brady, Sr., GK, 7.49 GAA, 55.9 save pct, 1st team All-CC; Tommy Heller, Jr., M, 26-20-46, 2nd team All-CC; Mitch Wykoff, Soph., D, 53 GB, 16 CT, 2nd team All-CC; Blake Gray, Jr., A, 30-12-42; Brian Kolen, Soph., A, 11-19-30; Will DeMartin, Jr., M, 7-11-18; Cullen Minion, Sr., D; Geoff Fulgione, Sr., F/O, 52.0 pct.
Key Losses: Sean Fumai, A, 37-7-44, 2nd team All-CC; Chris Verdeur, LSM, 49 GB, 17 CT, 2nd team All-CC; Reed Barbe, A, 7-10-17; Ian Nuzum, D.
Newcomers: Colin Pavluk, A, Rumson-Fair Haven (N.J.) HS; Cole Franchi, M, Morris Knolls (N.J.) HS; Jack Amaral, D, Princeton Day (N.J.) School; Colin Pavluk, A, Rumson-Fair Haven (N.J.) HS.

Outlook: The Bullets made their 17th consecutive CC playoff appearance and came within an overtime goal of their 15th Centennial crown. This year's edition of the Orange and Blue should be there at the end in 2018. Harvey and Heller comprise one of the top midfield duos in the Conference, combining for 58 goals and 34 assists last spring. Wykoff had a standout rookie season and leads the defense along with Minion. Brady is one of the top keepers in the country. Gray and Kolen are the leaders on attack. Never count out the Bullets.

Dylan Slack, Haverford

Haverford (7-8 in 2017, 3-5 CC, T-6th place)
Head Coach: Brendan Dawson (Salisbury '04), 2nd season at Haverford (7-8)
Team Page | Roster | Schedule | Statistics
All-Time Record: 274-328-1 (.455) since 1972
Centennial Titles (1): 2010
Playoff Appearances (6): 2006-07-08-09-10-11
Preseason Poll Projection: 7th

Key Returnees: Ben Frost, Jr., M, 23-3-26; Isaac Krier, Sr., A, 16-8-24; Stephen DeLeo, Jr., A, 15-7-22; Patrick Girard, Sr., M, 15-2-17; Rob McLallen, Jr., M, 9-7-16; Zack Cohen, Jr., F/O, 42.8 pct, 42 GB; Max Ellis, Sr., LSM, 22 CT; Mitch Hagan, Sr., M; Chandler Todd, Sr., D; Rob Carpenter, Sr., D; Dylan Slack, Jr., GK, 8.34 GAA, 53.7 save pct.
Key Losses: PJ Jackson, D, 1st team All-CC, CC Defensive Player of Year; Jack Russ, M, 4-3-7; Chase Williams, A, 1-3-4.
Top Newcomers: Joe Weisberg, GK, American Heritage (Fla.) HS; Grayson Hamrick, D, Boyertown (Pa.) HS; Brian Geffroy, M, St. Albans (D.C.) School.

Outlook: The Fords made good strides in the first year of Dawson's tutelage and look to contend for a playoff spot this spring. Krier and DeLeo provide veteran leadership on attack, while Frost and Girard are the mainstays in the midfield. Replacing a CC Defensive Player of the Year will be a challenge, but Todd and Carpenter are experienced in front of Slack in the cage. The Fords were third in scoring defense (8.30) a year ago, but need to improve the scoring offense (7.67) if the first postseason berth since 2011 is in the cards.

Carson Marshall, McDaniel

McDaniel (6-10 in 2017, 1-7 CC, 8th place)
Head Coach: Keith Euker (Loyola '99), 3rd season (9-22)
Team Page | Roster | Schedule | Statistics
All-Time Record: 376-381 (.499) since 1929
Centennial Titles (0)
Playoff Appearances (7): 2001-02-03-04-09-10-12
Preseason Poll Projection: 8th

Key Returnees: Carson Marshall, Soph., A, 21-11-32; Jackson Reilly, Soph., M, 11-5-16; Chase Hartman, Sr., M, 7-6-13; Sam Mutz, Soph., A, 9-4-13; Cole Ostendarp, Jr., D.
Key Losses: Will Kroppe, D, 63 GB, 59 CT, 2nd team All-CC; Zack Bicho, F/O, 61.9 pct, 2nd team All-CC; Robert Breed, D, 45 GB, 25 CT, HM All-CC; Tim McNichol, A, 24-11-35; Troy Becker, M, 13-16-29; Dylan Chaikin, A, 12-9-21; Quinn Lykens, M, 14-4-18; Emmett Turley, D, 21 CT; Bryan Ruygrok, GK, 9.09 GAA, 52.6 pct; Cooper Archambault, M, 19-3-22.
Top Newcomers: Zach Shrift, D, Hershey (Pa.) HS; Quinn McGinness, LSM, Kent Island (Md.) HS

Outlook: McDaniel continues to make strides towards playoff contention in the Centennial. Marshall had a strong rookie campaign with 21 goals and will lead the attack along with Mutz. Reilly anchors the midfield, while Ostendarp is the veteran on the defense. Finding replacements on the close defense, goal and at the X may prove to be too much to overcome for a playoff spot but the Terror is knocking on the door.

Frankie Feaster, Muhlenberg

Muhlenberg (2-12 in 2017, 0-8 CC, 9th place)
Head Coach: Jake Plunket  (Syracuse '06), 3rd season (5-25)

All-Time Record: 106-244 (.310) from 1965-80, 2003-present

Preseason Poll Projection: 9th

Key Returnees: Frankie Feaster, Soph., M, 20-6-26, 55.7 F/O pct, 118 GB, HM All-CC; Declan Moylan, Soph., A, 10-6-16; Jack Colt, Soph., A, 6-9-15; Bobby McLoughlin, Soph., A, 9-5-14; Niko Del Moro, Sr., M, 10-1-11; Scott Fayan, Soph., A, 8-2-10; Frank Caterina, Soph., LSM, 46 GB; Kevin Bergenty, Sr., D; Nolan Robbins, Jr., D; Lance Gibson, Sr., GK, 13.29 GAA, 47.4 pct.
Key Losses
: Brad D'Alessandro, A, 23-8-31.
Top Newcomers:
Dom DiStefano, M, Malvern Prep (Pa.); Nate Emrick, A/M, Episcopal Academy (Pa.); Tom Murphy, M, Delaware Valley (Pa.).

Outlook: The Mules hope that their pivot to youth last spring will pay dividends in 2018. Feaster blossomed into one of the CC's top X men and also tallied 20 goals and will team with Del Moro in the midfield. Moylan, Colt, McLoughlin and Fayan picked up valuable experience as rookies and will lead the attack. Bergenty, Robbins and Caterina return on defense in front of Gibson in the cage. 'Berg is still a year away from playoff contention but will not be an easy out this spring.

Cam Marsh, Swarthmore

Head Coach: Pat Gress (Towson '91), 23rd season (120-199)

Key Losses: Stephen Ducey, F/O, 64.4 pct, 89 GB, 1st team All-CC; Cole Fox, GK, 9.57 GAA, 50.3 pct; Eric Levin, D, 45 GB; Graham Lesko, M.
Top Newcomers: Kieran McKenna, M, St. Joseph (Ind.) HS; Erik Stancofski, M, Cape Henlopen (Del.) HS; Isaac Kleisle-Murphy, GK, Lakeside (Wash.) HS.

Outlook:The Garnet made back-to-back trips to the Conference semifinals the past two seasons and may have the nucleus to "three-peat" in 2018. Marsh is one of the top attackers in the CC and teams with Chang and Johnson for a potent trio. Rittenhouse leads the midfield along with Johns and Levitz who had strong rookie campaigns. Vik and Soriano will anchor the defense in front of a new keeper. Swarthmore has shown it is capable of beating anyone on any day and a run to its first Centennial final could be in the cards.

Key Losses: Matt Cioeta, LSM, 42 GB, 1st team All-CC; Zach Jones, D; John Lyman, D.
Top Newcomers: Hakan Atillasoy, A/M, Harriton (Pa.) HS.
