Kevin Mollihan, Franklin & Marshall

The 2017 defending Centennial champion Franklin & Marshall is the preseason choice of the Conference coaches to win the men's lacrosse title.

The Diplomats received seven first-place ballots (teams not permitted to vote for themselves) for 63 points to edge out Gettysburg. The Bullets earned two first-place votes and earned 57 points. Dickinson and Ursinus picked up 51 and 28 points, respectively, to finish 3rd and 4th in the poll. Swarthmore and Washington College each picked up 34 points to tie for the 5th spot in the poll.
