ALLENTOWN, Pa. - Washington and Lee captured its second consecutive Centennial Conference Wrestling Championship on Saturday at Johns Hopkins, coming from behind late to top the host Blue Jays for the team crown. The Generals won a conference-best four individual titles and compiled 97 points en route to their second CC title in program history.  

JHU finished second with 87 points to claim second place for the first time since 2013. Ursinus placed third with 66.5 points, followed by Gettysburg (44.5), Merchant Marine (37), Muhlenberg (34), and McDaniel (20). 

Gettysburg's Eric Mougalian was named the championship's Most Outstanding Wrestler after claiming the 149-pound title. The Bullet junior earned the title with two wins by decision and one major decision, becoming the third overall Gettysburg wrestler and first since 2009 to earn the award. 

JHU's Dominick Reyes (165) was one of three repeat champions and also received the prestigious Chris Clifford Award, given to the senior with the most career points accumlated at the CC championship. Reyes compiled a stellar 51 points at CC championships with a pair of 165 titles and runner-up and third-place finishes at 157. 

Other repeat individual gold medalists included Washington and Lee's Ryan Luth at 157 and Muhlenberg's Luca Colestock at 197. 

In addition to Luth, W&L's individual champions included Riley Parker (125), Charlie Cunningham (141), and Clay Chadwick (285). Joining Reyes as champions for Hopkins were Brent Lorin (133) and Joe Paul (174). Ursinus' Gary Nagle captured the 184 title as the lone individual champion for the Bears. 

Ursinus still leads all Centennial schools with 59 champions since 1994. Muhlenberg is second (46), followed by McDaniel (44), Stevens (35), Merchant Marine (33), Johns Hopkins (28), Gettysburg (25), Washington and Lee (7), Swarthmore (2) and NYU (1).
