Gettysburg 18, Lancaster Bible 6
Gettysburg outhit Lancaster Bible College 20-5 and tied the school record for wins in a season with an 18-6 non-conference baseball victory Tuesday afternoon at a slick Kirchhoff Field. The Bullets (28-11), who won for the 13th time in their last 14 games, now share the distinction of the winningest team in program history with the 1988 squad, which finished 28-10. Gettysburg, which capitalized on seven errors, trailed 6-3 heading into the bottom of the fifth before erupting for 15 runs over its next three innings. The Bullets put up eight runs in the fifth and six more in the seventh, batting around in each inning. Junior Al Posch (Hopedale, Mass./Hopedale) had a big game for the Bullets, extending his hitting streak to 24 games and finishing 2-for-4 with a pair of doubles and three runs. He also reset his own single-season school records for hits and at-bats from a year ago, pushing his totals to 62 and 168, respectively.

Haverford 5, Neumann 4
Nick Ott's two-RBI double into right-center field completed a three-run eighth inning for Haverford College and allowed the Fords to rally from behind in their, 5-4, non-conference baseball win over visiting Neumann University on Tuesday afternoon at Kannerstein Field. Haverford (27-9) picked up the win over the Knights (27-11) in the final game of the regular season with a quartet of Fords -- Jonny Black, Kevin Goff, Alex Hudak and Matt Liscovitz -- playing their final home game.

Muhlenberg 9, Drew 2
Thirteen times over the last three seasons, the opponent had plans to come back in the late innings against the Muhlenberg baseball team, but Ryan Rechten (pictured) wrecked 'em. The hard-throwing senior righthander tied a school record with his 13th career save by working the final three innings of the Mules' 9-2 win against Drew. The win, in the team's final home game, gave Muhlenberg (20-19) the fourth 20-win season in program history.
