Davis earned his second-straight weekly honor after going 6-for-12 (.500) at the plate with four home runs, two doubles, 10 RBIs and eight runs scored in a 4-0 week for the first-place Blue Jays. The junior outfielder slugged 1.667 for the week and had an on-base percentage of .700. He hit two balls out of the park in the Blue Jays' come-from-behind victory over Dickinson in game one. His first homer gave JHU its first lead of the game at 8-6 and his second homer of the day put the Blue Jays up 11-7. Davis then gave Hopkins a quick 3-0 lead with his second three-run homer of the day in the first inning of game two. He leads the Centennial Conference with 12 home runs, which is also the second most in Division III. His 33 RBIs puts him seventh in the conference and he leads the league with a .860 slugging percentage. 

 

Cole secured Pitcher of the Week honors for the second week in a row after striking out 14 Haverford batters in a 3-1 Diplomat victory on Saturday. The junior righty tossed eight frames and wasn't charged with an earned run as he scattered just two hits. Cole's 14 strikeouts are the highest-known total in the program's single-game history. It marked the most K's by a Diplomat pitcher since Ted Serro fanned 12 Endicott batters back in 2006.

 

Hejka appeared in all four games for Johns Hopkins last week, earning a win and two saves as the Blue Jays went 4-0 and took over sole possession of first place. In 8.2 innings of work, the right-hander allowed just three hits and one run while striking out eight and not walking a batter. Hejka notched his first save of the week in the Blue Jays 10-7 victory on the road against Washington College as he pitched 2.2 innings, allowing just one hit and one run while recording one strikeout. He earned his fourth win of the season in the Blue Jays' come-from-behind win over Dickinson in game one of the doubleheader as he went the game's final four innings scattering just two hits while striking out five. In game two against the Red Devils he came out to record the game's final three outs in an 11-10 JHU win. Hejka currently ranks second in the Centennial Conference with five saves and he ranks third on the Blue Jays in wins (4) and strikeouts (35). For his career, Hejka has 13 saves which is one away from tying the team record.
