Ursinus senior Lindsey Doutt heads a list of four Centennial Conference players who received recognition as the 2010 NFHCA Division III All-America team was released Monday.
Doutt was named to the first team for the second consecutive season. She led a Bears defensive unit that allowed just one goal per game on average during the regular season and registered 11 shutouts.
Haverford's Alex Waleko was named to the second team. The 2010 Centennial Conference Player of the Year
Ursinus' Alyssa Thren and Megan Yoder were third-team selections. Thren, a repeat third-team selection, led the Bears in scoring at 34 goals and ten assists. She ranked second in the national goals scored and, as a junior, tops the Centennial Conference career goals list with 85. Yoder, the 2009 South Region Player of the Year and a first-team All-American last season, led the Bears in assists at 14 and scored 15 goals on the season.
The quartet were also named first-team All-South region, along with Franklin & Marshall's Eileen O'Reilly, Haverford's Roxanne Jaffe, and Johns Hopkins' Ariana Branchini and Kimberly Stein.
