Defending champion Ursinus is the preseason favorite to win the 2015 Centennial championship in a poll of Conference coaches.
The Bears received nine first-place votes and earned 99 points to edge out Franklin & Marshall (92 points) for the top spot in the poll. Johns Hopkins (75) and Dickinson (67) garnered the next two highest point totals to place the Blue Jays at third and the Red Devils at fourth. Washington College (64) tallied five more points in the poll than Muhlenberg (59) to secure fifth place.
