16 Receive All-Region Honors

NFHCA All-Region Teams 

The Centennial Conference secured 16 of the 32 spots on the 2022 National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) All-Region V team. Johns Hopkins and Bryn Mawr tied for the conference lead with four honorees apiece, while F&M (3) and Ursinus (2) also had multiple players earn accolades. Haverford, Swarthmore and Washington College each secured one spot apiece. 

Nine players collected first team awards while seven were named to the second team. First team honorees were JHU's Abby Birk and Anna Scott, Bryn Mawr's Hazel Miller, Maggie Titus and Eva Yacura, F&M's Carolina Riley and Katie Roper, Ursinus' Jordan Moore, and Washington College's Kat Esposito

Second team picks included JHU's Mikayla Schoff and Siena Urbanski, Bryn Mawr's Kate Ervin, F&M's Darby Klopp, Haverford's Olivia Ahart, Swarthmore's Martina Kampel, and Ursinus' Laura Rothschild

Birk, Scott, Moore and Titus were all repeat honorees. 

Over 190 Division III student-athletes have been named to the NFHCA All-Region teams. Division III teams are separated into six regions: Region I, Region II, Region III, Region IV, Region V, and Region VI — each region honors up to 16 student-athletes on a first team and up to 16 student-athletes on a second team.
