Gettysburg at Johns Hopkins (Football, Friday 7:00)
First place is on the line under the Homewood lights on Friday night as the Bullets (5-1, 4-1) come to Baltimore to face the Blue Jays (6-0, 5-0). It is the 40th meeting between the schools with Hopkins winning four straight to close the series deficit to 20-17-2. Gettysburg's last win was a 41-01 triumph in Baltimore in 2007. You want irresistible force meets immovable object ... we've got that for you in this one. Hopkins is first in the Conference in total offense (499.3 ypg), while Gettysburg is second in the CC in total defense (265.0). The Bullets are first in scoring offense (41.2), while the Blue Jays are first in total defense (226.5). Keep an eye on the quarterbacks - Gettysburg's Kody Smith (136.7 pass efficiency) and Hopkins' Robbie Matey (154.9).

Washington College at Franklin & Marshall (Field Hockey, 12:00)
The sixth-ranked Diplomats (13-1, 7-0) can move one step closer to securing the top seed for the upcoming Conference tournament with a win against the Shorewomen (9-6, 5-2). Washington is flying high after the program's first-ever win against Ursinus on Wednesday night and holds an 11-8 series lead since 1993. Franklin & Marshall is just 5-4 at home against WAC since the formation of the Centennial. Keep an eye on the teams' top scorers - F&M's Kristen Zublin (13-2-28) and WAC's Claire McAuliffe (10-5-25).

McDaniel at Haverford (Field Hockey, 12:00)
The Fords (10-4, 5-2) welcome the Green Terror (8-6, 3-4) to the Main Line for a match that both teams need for their playoff aspirations. Haverford is in a three-way tie for second place and looks to remain in the chase for a first-round playoff berth. McDaniel cannot afford another Centennial defeat in its quest to make the CC tournament for the first time since 2006. The Green and Gold has had the better of the Fords in the all-time series, winning 15 of 19 matches, although Haverford won the last meeting at home by a 5-2 count. McDaniel's Paige Messersmith is having an outstanding senior campaign with 13 goals and seven assists, while Haverford's Mary Hobbs is three points shy of 150 for her career with 55-37-147.

Gettysburg at Muhlenberg (Field Hockey, 6:00)
The Bullets (10-3, 5-2) visit the Lehigh Valley to take on the Mules (9-5, 4-4) in a game with critical playoff implications for both teams. Gettysburg needs a win to keep its hopes for the top seed intact, while Muhlenberg cannot afford a loss and slip behind three other four-loss CC teams in the chase for the fifth playoff berth. The Bullets have won four straight in the series to take a 16-6 all-time advantage. Muhlenberg's last win in 2007 was also its last triumph at home vs. the Orange and Blue. Liz Baron leads Gettysburg in scoring with 10-3-23, while Muhlenberg's Kristin Dornenburg is third in the CC in save percentage (.815) and goals-against average (1.28).

Gettysburg at Muhlenberg (Women's Soccer, 4:00)
Two of the perennial Conference powers meet on the natural surface of Memorial Field trying to remain in the hunt for the top seed for the upcoming Centennial tournament. Gettysburg (10-4, 6-1) is tied with Johns Hopkins for first place, while Muhlenberg (7-6-2, 5-2-1) is just two points behind in third place. The Bullets have a two-game win streak in the series to take a 14-7-2 all-time advantage. The Mules' last victory was a 2-1 win in Allentown in 2009. The play in goal could be the difference, as Gettysburg's Eliza Gray (.902) and Muhlenberg's Francesca Cobuzzi (.873) are 1-2 in the CC in save percentage.

Swarthmore at Johns Hopkins (Men's Soccer, 6:00)
The Garnet (10-1-2, 5-0-1) heads across the Mason-Dixon line to the Charm City to take on the Blue Jays (5-6-2, 3-2-1) in a critical match. Swarthmore has a three-point lead over Dickinson in the chase for first place in the Conference, while Hopkins finds itself one point ahead of three other teams in fourth place. This is the 62nd meeting between the foes since 1957 with JHU holding a 29-26-6 series lead. The top two goalkeepers in save percentage in the Conference square off in the Jays' Nick Cerrone (.870) and the Garnet's Peter Maxted (.854).

Washington College at Franklin & Marshall (Men's Soccer, 6:00)
There will be a playoff atmosphere at Tylus Field in Lancaster when the Shoremen (5-7, 3-3) and the Diplomats (10-4, 3-3) kick off on Saturday. Both teams are tied for fifth place with Muhlenberg, a point behind Johns Hopkins, and cannot afford a Conference loss in their quest for a Centennial tournament berth. This is the 38th meeting in a series that F&M lead, 22-8-7. Washington is 0-7-2 against the Diplomats since a 3-1 win in Chestertown in 2002. The Shoremen's last win in Amish Country was in 1999 (3-2, OT). Ben Beaver leads Franklin & Marshall with 11 goals, while Washington College has scored just 17 times as a team, led by Justin Geho's 3-1-7.
