Muhlenberg 77, Dickinson 59
Of all the things Matt O'Hara does for the Muhlenberg men's basketball team, scoring is not generally high on the list. The senior co-captain came into the Mules' important home game against Dickinson leading the Centennial Conference in assists but averaging only 3.8 points per game. "I love my job on this team," he said. "I get to set everyone else up and help them get open shots. We have so many guys on this team who can score. But every once in a while, I like to remind the guys that I can score too," he added. O'Hara reminded everyone of that fact against the Red Devils, pouring in a career-high 15 points to complement a monster game by junior center Kevin Hargrove (24 points, 17 rebounds, five blocked shots) as Muhlenberg completed a season sweep of Dickinson with a 77-59 win.
Johns Hopkins 70, McDaniel 60
The Johns Hopkins men's basketball team used a 17-7 game-ending run to beat visiting McDaniel, 70-60, on Wednesday night in Centennial Conference action. The Blue Jays win their sixth straight to improve to 15-7 overall and 11-4 in the conference. Hopkins also clinched a spot in the conference playoffs with three games left. The Green Terror slip to 12-10 overall and 6-9 in the conference. Jimmy Hammer led four Blue Jays in double digits with a game-high 20 points. Adam Spengler finished with 16 and handed out four assists. Phillip Perry paced the Green Terror with 18 points, the only player in double figures for McDaniel.

Washington College 72, Swarthmore 70 (OT)
Sophomore guard Sean Brooks (North Wales, PA/North Penn) scored on a put-back lay-up as time expired to give host Washington College a 72-70 Centennial Conference men's basketball overtime win over visiting Swarthmore tonight inside Cain Athletic Center. With time ticking down, Sean Flanigan was forced to take a long three, which air-balled, but fell right into the hands of Brooks, who was cutting to the basket for the board. Brooks put the ball back up, and it went through the net for the winning points as time expired. Senior forward Charlie McShane (West Deptford, NJ/West Deptford) scored a career-high and game-high 27 points in the win for the Shoremen (3-19, 3-12 Centennial). Stephen Poarch added 16 points and a team-best nine boards, while Brooks finished with 11 points and five boards.
