2016 Outlook
With three starters back in the fold, McDaniel has the potential to make the Conference final four. Stewart is one of the top forwards in the region, averaging 15.6 points and 6.5 rebounds per contest last season. Brooks does it on both ends of the floor, as a floor general, a long-range shooter and a stalwart defender. Echols and Royster are athletes, while Perugino is a marksman from the outside. McDaniel needs contributions from Yrizarry and Nick Yockey up front and the first-year class to provide depth in the backcourt. There are some questions, but the Green and Gold is poised for a run at the CC playoffs.
