Hinnenkamp scored 22 points on 6-of-9 shooting from the field, grabbed a team-high 13 rebounds, handed out two assists and blocked two shots in a 71-62 win over Johns Hopkins.

Centennial Notebook

Franklin & Marshall swept the season series from McDaniel for the first time since 2013 with a 68-48 home victory. Senior Cedric Moune (Douala, Cameroon) was 8-of-10 from the floor for a game-high 18 points. Junior G Jared Wright (Philadelphia, Pa.) tossed in 11, while senior F Shawn Hines (Lancaster, Pa.) went 4-of-4 for a season-high eight points.

Gettysburg had its 10-game home winning streak snapped with a 76-69 loss to Swarthmore. Senior Kevin Gladstone (Havertown, Pa.) scored a team-high 14 points off the bench, while junior Cody Kiefer (Gettysburg, Pa.) posted his fifth double-double of the season with 13 points and 12 rebounds.

Haverford jumped out to a 21-point halftime advantage and held on to win at Washington College, 66-61. Senior G Anthony Reyes (Breezy Point, N.Y.) tossed in 20 points off the bench, while freshman Sam Stogdon (Cambridge, Mass.) recorded his first double-double with 10 points and 14 caroms. The Fords shot 65.2 percent from the field in the first 20 minutes and closed the game at a season-best 51.1 percent.

McDaniel senior F Tim Stewart (Smyrna, Del.) scored 12 points in the loss at Franklin & Marshall, extending his double-figure scoring streak to 21 games. Freshman G Josh McWilliams (Newtown, Pa.) tallied a career-high 11 points. Senior G Wes Brooks (North Wales, Pa.) has made at least one three-pointer in 20 consecutive contests.

Swarthmore sophomore G Zack Yonda (Berwyn, Pa.) scored all 17 of his points in the second half as the Garnet won at Gettysburg, 76-69. Classmate Matt Brennan (Ridgefield, Conn.) scored a game-high 21 points and averaged 23.5 in the two games vs. the Bullets. Senior F Sean Thaxter (Cobleskill, N.Y.) grabbed a career-high 12 rebounds as Swarthmore won its 14th game of the season - the most since the 1996-97 squad went 16-12 and reached the Centennial final. It was also the last time that Swarthmore qualified for the Conference playoffs.

Washington College cut a 21-point halftime deficit to three with 50 seconds remaining and ran out of time in a 66-61 loss to Haverford. Senior G James Drury (Jenkintown, Pa.) had a team-high 16 points, while classmate Dave Knox (Warrington, Pa.) collected a career-high 15 rebounds. He has three 15-rebound games in his career, including one vs. Haverford on 2/11/15.

Senior G Brandon Angradi (Milford, Pa.) became the 25th player in Dickinson program history to score 1,000 career points in the Red Devils’ 71-62 win vs. Johns Hopkins. The third player in the past three seasons to reach the milestone at Dickinson, he finished with 21 points. Classmate Ted Hinnenkamp (York, Pa.) had 22 points and 13 boards for his sixth double-double of the season.

Johns Hopkins slipped to the .500 mark overall with a 71-62 road loss at Dickinson. Senior Sam Gordon (New York, N.Y.) posted his second double-double with 15 points and a career-best 14 rebounds. Junior F Ryan Curran (Flanders, N.J.) averaged 14.6 points and 7.4 rebounds over the last five games.

Muhlenberg soph Nick Rindock (Allentown, Pa.) notched his second career double-double with 24 points and 10 rebounds in a loss to Swarthmore, 76-62. It was his first points-rebounds double as his initial double was points-assists vs. Dickinson a year ago.

Ursinus shot 75 percent from the floor in the second half to turn back Haverford, 83-76. Senior Malik Draper (Scranton, Pa.) scored a season-high 19 points for the Bears, while freshman Matt Williams (Wilmington, Del.) tallied a season-best 11. Freshman Eric Williams (Plainfield, N.J.) leads the Centennial in 3-point field goals and is shooting 48.2% from beyond the arc at home and 37.1% on the road.
