Brandon Federici was named to the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) All-District 4 Team for men's basketball announced on Thursday. To be nominated for the CoSIDA Academic All-America program, a student-athlete must be at least a sophomore with a 3.3 or higher cumulative grade point average and be a starter or significant reserve.
As an all-district selection, Federici advances to the Capital One Academic All‐America® Team ballot, where he has the opportunity to be honored as an Academic All-American later next month.
The sophomore leads the Centennial Conference (CC) with 17.4 points per game while his 44.3-percent three-point percentage and 37 steals are good for third. He has finished in double-figures in scoring in 17 games this season, including seven 20-plus point performances.
