Delaney Named NABC, D3hoops Regional Player of the Year; Six Honored

D3hoops.com All-Region Team | NABC All-District Team

Johns Hopkins' Conner Delaney has been selected as Regional Player of the Year by both D3hoops.com and the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC), headlining a group of six individual from the Centennial Conference who received regional awards. 

Delaney becomes the third straight and sixth overall CC player to win D3hoops.com All-Middle Atlantic Region Player of the Year. The Centennial swept the D3hoops regional honors, as Swarthmore head coach Landry Kosmalski and guard Vinny DeAngelo were tabbed Coach and Rookie of the Year, respectively. 

Swarthmore's Zac O'Dell joined Delaney on the D3hoops.com All-Region first team, while Swarthmore's Nate Shafer and Muhlenberg's Dan Gaines collected second team laurels. 

Five earned recognition on the NABC All-Middle Atlantic squad, with Delaney (POTY) and Kosmalski (COTY) once again garnering top honors. Both O'Dell and Shafer were named to the first team along with Delaney, while Gaines was a second team pick.
