Landry has made his mark known at Swarthmore by leading them to a NCAA Tournament qualification every year since 2017, excluding the 2021 season which was impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. This includes a visit to the Elite Eight in 2018, finals in 2019, Sweet Sixteen in 2020, and the Final Four this past season. The Garnet were also voted the number one team in the nation before the 2020 NCAA Tournament was cut short.

Under Coach Kosmalski's leadership this year's team won a Centennial Conference Championship with a conference record of 16-2 and an overall record of 28-4. Impressively, 18-0 on their home court of Tarble Pavilion. The Garnet captured big wins in the NCAA tournament being led by junior guard Vinny DeAngelo, a All-American First-team selection and junior forward Michael Caprise, a D3Hoops All-Region V selection.

The Glenn Robinson Award is just another to add to the list for Kosmalski in his 10th season coaching for the Garnet. He was also recognized as D3Hoops Region V Coach of the Year as he undoubtedly is becoming well-known as one of the top coaches in Division III men's hoops.
