- Warner, Bowman and Weston were repeaters from the 2011 first team.
- Kane and Young become the 17th and 18th freshmen to earn first-team All-Centennial honors.
- It is the first time that the top five finishers at the Conference championship have not included a junior or senior.
- Hill was the lone player named to the Conference's Academic Honor Roll.
- Gettysburg has the most first-team All-Centennial selections (24) in the 20-year history of the Conference, followed closely by McDaniel (23). Franklin & Marshall (18) is third, followed by Muhlenberg (11), Ursinus (11), Swarthmore (9) and Dickinson (6).
