McGarry earned Golfer of the Week honors after posting a record-setting performance at the Kinder-Williams Invitational and a four-round scoring average of 71.0 through two tournaments this fall. At the Kinder-Williams Invitational, McGarry collected medalist honors and led the Green Terror to the team title with scores of 4-under 68 and 5-under 67, two of the top scores in Centennial Conference history. His 5-under 67 tied the CC record for low individual round and set a new McDaniel program record. McGarry is just the fourth player in conference history to fire a 5-under 67. His two-day total of 135 earned him a four-shot victory over Southern Virginia's Nathan Presler as he cruised to the individual title in a field of 88 golfers. He opened the season with a two-round score of 149 (74-75) at the St. John Fisher Invitational on September 5-6, taking second place among 44 golfers.
