Notes
- Nowicki is the fifth Washington College to earn Player of the Year, joining Chris Cote (1994), Steve Berger (2003-04) and Bennett Cord (2012). He is the first midfielder to win the award since 2010.
- McKnight is the first recipient of the Defensive Player of the Year award.
- Cannon is the 25th player in the 21-year history of the Conference to earn first-team All-Centennial honors three times.
- Cannon and Trapp were first-team repeaters from 2013, while McKnight returns to the first team after a year's absence.
- Palladino is the second straight Gettysburg honoree as Rookie of the Year.
- Shirk earned Coach of the Year honors for the second time in three seasons.
- Molloy is the Conference's inaugural Scholar-Athlete of the Year. He has a 3.96 cumulative GPA in architectural studies.
- Four players were also named to the Conference's Academic Honor Roll, which recognizes sophomores, junior and seniors who are key performers and have a 3.40 cumulative grade point average or higher.
- Gettysburg leads the Conference with 76 first-team selections, while Washington College is second with 58 selections. Franklin & Marshall (30) is third, while McDaniel (20), Dickinson (19), Haverford (17), Muhlenberg (5), Ursinus (5) and Swarthmore (3) follow.
