#11 Swarthmore 2, Washington College 0
Junior captain Jack Momeyer scored the game-winning goal in the 65th minute and sophomore Michael Stewart added an insurance score in the final seconds of play to give the No. 11/12 Swarthmore College men's soccer team (12-1-2, 7-0-1) a well-earned 2-0 victory over Washington College on Wednesday evening. With the win, the Garnet clinched at least a share of first place in the Centennial Conference with one match remaining to play. The Garnet can seal home-field advantage for the Centennial Conference playoffs with a result at home against Haverford on Saturday (7:00 p.m.) or a Dickinson loss or tie against Franklin & Marshall on Saturday. The victory also caps a perfect 7-0 regular-season road slate for the Garnet.

Dickinson 2, Muhlenberg 0
The Dickinson men's soccer team posted a 2-0 shutout in a key Centennial Conference match at Muhlenberg on Wednesday night. Junior Jamie Martin (Chevy Chase, Md./Bethesda-Chevy Chase) put the Red Devils on the board, late in the first half, scoring in the 34th minute. Martin received a nice lead pass into the penalty area from first-year Braeden Kelly (Brookeville, Md./Sandy Springs Friends). First-year Alfred Hylton-Dei (Geneva, Switzerland/Mercersburg Academy, Pa.) added an insurance goal, slipping past the goalkeeper in the 50th minute to put the Devils up, 2-0.

Haverford 3, Ursinus 0
Freshman Brady Seitz tallied three unanswered second-half goals to help Haverford College men's soccer team secure its second consecutive Centennial Conference playoff berth with a 3-0 victory Wednesday afternoon over visiting Ursinus College. He scored in the 51st, 63rd and 79th minutes for the hat trick. The victory enables the Fords to reach double figures in wins in back-to-back seasons (11 wins in 2011) for the first time since the 1999 and 2000 campaigns.

Johns Hopkins 1, McDaniel 0
Sophomore Danny Reategui scored the game's only goal to lift visiting Johns Hopkins to a 1-0 win over McDaniel in Centennial Conference action Wednesday afternoon. The win keeps the Blue Jays' playoff hopes alive as they improve to 4-3-1 in the conference and now have 13 points to move into fourth place with three games still to play tonight. The Green Terror fall to 1-7 in the league and 5-10-1 overall. After a scoreless first half, Reategui finally ended the drought in the 52nd minute with his second of the season. He dribbled down the left wing and fired a shot on that hit off the fingers of Green Terror goalie Zach Nibbelink and into the left side.

Franklin & Marshall 3, Gettysburg 1
Franklin & Marshall locked up a spot in the Centennial Conference (CC) playoffs for the fourth straight season with a thrilling 3-1 triumph over visiting Gettysburg on Wednesday night at Tylus Field. The Diplomats (12-4, 5-3 CC) have now tied the third-most single-season wins in program history with the victory, while the Bullets drop to 6-9-1, 1-6-1 CC with the defeat. In the 87th minute, Sam Lane sent a low lining corner kick towards the far post, and Mike Irving slid forward and poked the ball into the far post netting to give the Diplomats back the lead, 2-1. With just 12 seconds remaining Jared Bomba finished a strike from the right side, also assisted by Lane, to give F&M the 3-1 win.
