Notes
- Buxbaum is the first repeat winner of Centennial Player of the Year honors since JHU’s David Maldow (2009-10). He is the third Hopkins player and fifith selection overall to receive the award, following in the footsteps of Maldow and Andy Hersh (2012).
- Fallati is the 13th freshman to earn first-team All-Centennial honors.
- Lands was named the Conference’s Scholar-Athlete of the Year, presented to the junior or senior on the All-Centennial team with the highest GPA.
- Six students were also named to the Conference’s Academic Honor Roll, which recognizes sophomores, junior and seniors who are key performers and have a 3.40 cumulative grade point average or higher.
