LANCASTER, Pa. - In a poll of Conference coaches, Johns Hopkins was picked to win its twelfth straight Conference Championship in 2018.

Favorites Johns Hopkins received eight first place votes for a total of 80 points in the poll. Swarthmore was chosen to finish second, earning one first place vote and 73 total points. Haverford also received a first place vote as they were selected to finish third with 62 total points. Franklin & Marshall (56) and Washington College (48) round out the top five.
