Sisto hit .474 with four runs scored and four RBI as the Fords went 4-2 on their spring break trip. She had three multiple-hit games, including a 3-for-4 effort with two RBI in the 8-2 win vs. Drew.

LANCASTER, Pa.–Junior Emily Bowman of the Swarthmore College softball team has been named the Centennial Conference Pitcher of the Week for the first time in her career, as announced by the league office on Monday, March 13.

Bowman posted a 2-0 record with 19 strikeouts in 11 innings to go with a 1.27 ERA on the week. She tossed a complete-game three-hitter with 13 strikeouts in a 3-1 win against Eastern Nazarene. She came back the next day with four innings of one-run ball and six punch-outs in an 8-4 triumph over Bridgewater State. She posted a WHIP of 0.73 with one walk on the week.

Swarthmore resumes competition on Saturday, March 18 with a single home game against Southern Vermont at 1p.m.
