Key Losses: Nicole Torlincasi, OF, 1st Team All-CC, 300-2-8; 

Outlook: The Red Devils will look to the newcomers to help them climb in the standings in 2018. In the circle, 2nd Team All-CC Selection Madison Milaszewski, returns for her junior year to continue to build upon her successes. Seniors Lane and Epstein will provide leadership for the young squad, while Parise returns with a year of experience under her belt.

Key Losses: Megan Ryan, INF, 283-1-12; Kelly Van O'Linda, OF, 286-2-20.

Outlook: The Diplomats won their first-ever Centennial Conference championship last season and hope to keep that momentum alive in 2018. Franklin & Marshall returns several heavy hitters including 1st team all-cc selection Piccinich and 2nd team all-cc selection Long who combined for nine homeruns and 42 RBIs. In the circle, Schaefer and Wenger return for their senior seasons. If the Diplomats are able to adjust to their new coach, they should be well positioned to make another run at the title this season.

Outlook: The Bullets return the majority of their team from last season and should be in the title hunt again in 2018. Gettysburg will be led by senior pitcher Reilly, the 2017 CC Pitcher of the Year and 1st team all-cc selection, who had 127 strikeouts last season. Senior Folfas, another 1st team all-cc selection, will lead the team from her 1st base position. The Bullets hope to make it to their fourth-straight CC postseason and have the talent to win it all this year.



Julie Blake, Haverford

Key Losses: Kendall Chambers, U, HM All-CC, 333-1-8, 3-10; 

Outlook: The Fords missed out on a fifth straight trip to the CC playoffs but hope the return of several key players from last season in addition to the newcomers they will return in 2018. Blake was one of only three CC players from last season to hit over .400 for the season, while Levis returns with a season of experience in the circle. If the Fords are able to adjust to the new system under Poppe, they can make a return to the postseason this season.



Fiona Johnson, McDaniel

Key Losses: Stacing Maring, OF, 2nd Team All-CC, 268-0-5; Lindsey Miller, OF, 2nd Team All-CC, 336-1-18; Jamie Weisser, DP, 2nd Team All-CC, 343-3-19, 9-2; Olivia Kipe, INF, 287-3-21; 

Outlook: McDaniel had another successful season last year and are well positioned to make their 7th straight playoff appearance in 2018. Lewis and Hishon, 1st team All-CC selections last season, will the lead the Green Terror offense. Lewis led the conference with a .462 batting average, while Hishon had five home runs and 27 RBIs. Johnson, a 2nd team All-CC selection, returns in the circle. If McDaniel can replace their three All-CC selections from last season, they will be a title contender again this season.



Karissa Astrella, Muhlenberg

Key Returnees: Amelia Shelley, Sr, C, 2nd Team All-CC, 336-0-17; Karissa Astrella, Sr, 2B, 2nd Team All-CC, 321-0-14; Kristina Qualben, Jr, 3B, 2nd Team All-CC, 351-3-13; Allyson Sweeney, Jr, OF, 259-1-12; Haley Fedak, Sr, P, 4-8, 80 K; Hayley Peterson, Sr, P, 8-8. 

Key Losses: Courtney Simon, IF, 302-0-11; 

Outlook: With the core of their team returning for the 2018 season, the Mules could find themselves back in the playoff hunt this season. Shelley, Astrella, and Qualben all earned 2nd team All-CC honors last season and will lead the infield efforts. Peterson and Fedak return in the circle for the Mules. Muhlenberg's experienced squad should prove helpful this season as they look to climb the rankings.

Key Losses: Sara Planthaber, OF, 286-2-20. 

Outlook: Swarthmore was improved last season and hopes to continue to climb the Conference rankings in 2018. Kings, the 2017 CC Rookie of the Year, returns for her sophomore campaign and is joined by Morse and Segel, all of which hit over .300 last season. In the cirlcle, Bowman returns to lead the Garnet. If Swarthmore is able to adjust to the new system under Finley, the Garnet should be improved this season.

Key Losses: None

Outlook: Ursinus returns all of their key players from last season in hopes to break into the CC playoffs in 2018. Garritano and Carson, both All-CC selections last year, return in the outfield for the Bears, while Willis returns in the circle. After just missing the playoffs in 2017, the Bears are hungry for a playoff birth this season.

Key Losses: Erin Spinden, OF, 307-1-23; 

Outlook: Washington College returns five All-CC team selections from last season, including the 2017 CC Player of the Year in Harcum, and should be well positioned to make another title run in 2018. Harcum, an all-around player, hit for .419 last year and had 107 K's in the circle. DiPrimio, Butler and Meil were all .300 plus hitters last season, while Bennett will join Harcum in the circle. The Shorewomen have the talent to capture the title this season.
