Gettysburg returned to the top of Centennial Conference women's basketball last winter, defeating Johns Hopkins 43-40 in the title game to claim its third overall CC crown and first since 2018.

The Bullets and Blue Jays both went on to represent the Centennial in the NCAA Tournament, marking the 14th time in CC history and fourth consecutive season that multiple teams qualified for the national tournament. Gettysburg advanced to the second round while JHU lost its opener.

A plethora of talent returns to the conference this season with 10 players that received All-Centennial recognition back on the court for their respective teams. Nine of the 11 CC teams return at least one All-CC performer, showing the depth of returning talent all across the conference.

A pair of All-CC returners have secured multiple all-conference honors entering this season - Swarthmore's Dana Bandurick and JHU's Emily Howie. Bandurick was a first-teamer last winter after nabbing second team and Rookie of the Year honors in 2020. Howie was a second-teamer last year after collecting honorable mention laurels in 2020.

Haverford leads the way as the only team with two returning all-stars - Ally Landau and Cortlyn Morris. Landau was a first team All-CC selection and third team all-region honoree last season, while Morris earned second-team all-conference accolades for the Fords.

Additional All-Centennial players back on the hardwood this year include Ursinus' Chinwe Irondi (2022 1st team & Rookie of the Year), Dickinson's Kate Montgomery (2022 2nd team), Washington College's Andrew Pestianne (2022 2nd team), Gettysburg's Mackenzie Szlosek (2022 honorable mention), and Muhlenberg's Margaux Eripret (2022 honorable mention).
