Bridget Kenny, Gettysburg
Defending Centennial champion Gettysburg is the preseason choice of the Conference coaches to win the women's lacrosse title.
The Bullets received eight of a possible 10 first-place ballots (teams not permitted to vote for themselves) for 80 points to outdistance Franklin & Marshall and Washington College. Both the Diplomats (72) and the Shorewomen (67) picked up a first-place vote.
Dickinson and McDaniel tied for the No. 4 spot with 47 points, while Muhlenberg (41) and Haverford (39) were right behind. Ursinus, Swarthmore and Bryn Mawr rounded out the coaches' preseason prognostication.
