Centennial Notebook

Seven-time defending champion Johns Hopkins secured the top seed for this weekend's tournament with a 2-1 win at Gettysburg. Emily Nagourney (Scotch Plains, NJ / Scotch Plains-Fanwood) scored the game-winning goal in the 81st minute. Sophomore Hannah Kronick (Westfield, NJ / Westfield) set a program record for goals in a season (21) and became just the third JHU and 15th Centennial player to notch 40 career tallies.

Gettysburg has won 12 matches for the third straight season, allowing just nine goals with 10 shutouts.

Haverford junior Meg Boyer (Ann Arbor, MI / Huron) is certainly the Fords' go-to player in the clutch with 11 game-winning goals among her 21 career tallies.

Muhlenberg is back in the Centennial tourney for the first time since 2009, in part due to its defense. The Mules allowed a CC-low three goals in 10 league contests.

Dickinson just missed out on the Conference playoffs, despite setting a school record by allowing just nine goals in 17 matches. GK Annie Weichert (Chatham, NJ / Chatham) posted a 0.65 GAA.

On the other end of the spectrum, Franklin & Marshall scored the fewest goals in a season (7) since the program began in 1980 and established a team record with six ties.

McDaniel defeated Washington College, 2-1, giving the Green Terror seven wins on the season – the most since 2006. GK Jan Woolley (Ephrata, PA / Ephrata) made seven saves and closer her career with 321 – seventh-most in program history.

Bryn Mawr GK Rebecca Joseph (Wellesley, MA / Dana Hall School) became just the 12th 'keeper in Conference history to record 400 saves, closing her career with 404.
