Gettysburg then went on to take each of the top four singles flights, including a three-set win by junior Kylle O'Sullivan (Worcester, Mass. / Worcester Academy) at No. 2, to clinch a 6-3 win over Ursinus.

Visiting Johns Hopkins, the 13th-ranked team in Division III and fourth-ranked team in the Atlantic South region, took sole possession of first place in the Centennial Conference with an 8-1 win over host Washington College, the region's 14th-ranked team. The Blue Jays improved to 10-1 overall and 7-0 in conference play with the win. The loss was the first of the year for the Shorewomen, who fell to 11-1 and 6-1. Hopkins won all three doubles matches as Hailey Hogan (Fr, Newport Beach, Calif. / Corona Del Mar) and Nandita Krishnan (So, Chennai, India / Sishya School) handed Washington College juniors Jordan Finnegan (Wilmington, Del. / Archmere Academy) and Brittany Marshall (Dagsboro, Del. / Worcester Prep, Md.), the region's seventh-ranked doubles team, their first loss of the spring by an 8-2 count at No. 1.
