Johns Hopkins secured the top seed in the Centennial Conference women's tennis championship tournament for the 15th straight year as the regular season concluded on Saturday.
The Blue Jays (17-3, 9-0 CC) wrapped up another perfect CC regular season with a 9-0 triumph at Ursinus on Saturday. Top-seeded JHU and second-seeded Swarthmore (14-2, 8-1 CC) earned first round byes and will host the semifinal rounds on Friday.
Wednesday's opening round will feature No. 3 Haverford (10-7, 7-2 CC) hosting No. 6 Gettysburg (7-6, 4-5 CC) and No. 4 Franklin & Marshall (8-8, 6-3 CC) hosting No. 5 Washington College (7-9, 5-4 CC). The Haverford/Gettysburg winner will take on Swarthmore in the semis while the F&M/Washington winner will take on Hopkins.
The two semifinal winners will meet at the highest remaining seed for the championship on Sunday.
