Franklin & Marshall closed its season with a 38-34 loss to Albright in an ECAC Bowl game. The Diplomats lost three of their final four contests to finish at 7-4. QB E.J. Schneider (Barry Lakes, NJ / Delbarton) led the Conference in pass efficiency (148.2), yards (2,832) and TDs (25). He also became the first F&M player to lead the Centennial in total offense (298.6 ypg) since Kyle Turner in 2006. LB Sam Massaro (Old Tappan, NJ / Northern Valley Old Tappan) led the defense with 84 tackles, while C.T. Marsh (Phoenix, MD / Loyola-Blakefield) set a Centennial career mark with 32.5 career sacks.

Gettysburg posted its best regular season since the 1994 team finished 8-2. The Bullets also finished undefeated at home (5-0) for the first time since 2006. RB Ted Delia (Lebanon, NJ / North Hunterdon) tied a school single-season record with 15 rushing touchdowns on the year, while also finishing ninth in career rushing yards (1,908) at Gettysburg. QB Kody Smith (Medford, NJ / Shawnee) set a program record for TDs responsible with 25 (13 rush, 12 pass). He finished his career second in TD passes (34), third in yards (3,742) and fourth in total offense (4,808). LB Larry DelViscio (Springfield, PA / Monsignor Bonner) led the team and Conference with 123 tackles – the most by a Bullet since Grant Acker made 139 stops in 2003. It is the first time the Bullets have put together three straight winning campaigns since 1985-87.

Johns Hopkins advanced to the second round of the NCAA tournament with a 42-10 win over Washington & Jefferson in the opening round. The Jays' run was ended by eventual national champion Mount Union in the second round, 55-13. Hopkins closed the year ranked 12th by the AFCA and 22nd by D3football.com. JHU set school records for total yards (5,823), plays (954), points scored (441) and touchdowns (63). RB Jonathan Rigaud (Pembroke Pines, FL / Pembroke Pines) tied the school record for rushing TDs in a season (22) and his 1,555 rushing yards are second-best in Blue Jay annals. WR Dan Wodicka (West Lafayette, IN / West Lafayette) set a program record with 94 receptions, while LB Taylor Maciow (Marlton, NJ / Cherokee) topped the defense with 78 tackles. The Class of 2013 also established a record for most wins (38). Only the 2000 seniors at McDaniel (41) won more games than the JHU seniors among Centennial members.

Juniata finished 3-7 – their best record since a 3-7 campaign in 2003. QB Ward Udinski (Doylestown, PA / Central Bucks West) led the team in rushing (458) and passing (2,429) for the second straight season, accounting for 18 TDs. WRs Julian Valdiserri (Pittsburgh, PA / Mount Lebanon) and Dominic Bornman (Mechanicsburg, PA / Cumberland Valley) combined for 100 catches for 1,213 yards. Jonah Plymire (York, PA / Central York) was the top freshman in the CC in punting and third overall with a 38.6 yard average. Junior Brandon Felus (Columbia, PA / Columbia) was second in the Conference with 11.5 sacks.

McDaniel went winless for the first time since 1986. RB Joe Rollins (Temple Hills, MD / Surrattsville) led the Conference with 1,243 rushing yards and now has 3,267 for his career. He also became the first player to lead the CC in all-purpose yards in back-to-back season (1,717) since Gettysburg's Tom Sturges in 2005-06-07. LB Mike Cousar (Easton, PA / Easton) led the team with 98 tackles – the most since Mike Weick registered 123 stops in 2008.

Moravian closed at 2-8 - the first back-to-back losing campaigns for the 'Hounds since 1998-99. Freshman WR Jimmy McCarthy (Bethlehem, PA / Liberty) led all Centennial rookies with 39 receptions and 505 yards, while classmate Will McLaughlin (Hawley, PA / Wallenpaupack) was second with 24-360. The 39 catches is the sixth-highest single-season total by a freshman in Centennial history. DB Rees Judge (Harrisburg, PA / Central Dauphin) was second in the CC with four interceptions.

Muhlenberg dropped a 24-21 decision to Delaware Valley in an ECAC Bowl game to close at 8-3. It is the ninth season of at least eight wins in program history and the first since 2008. LB Ian Gimbar (Hellertown, PA / Saucon Valley) registered the second-highest sack total in Centennial history with 14.5, setting a school record. WR Isaiah Vaughn (Bronx, NY / John F. Kennedy) led the CC in kickoff returns (24.8), while Dan Deighan (Wanaque, NJ / Lakeland Regional) topped the circuit in punting (39.9) – the first time a Mule has led the Centennial in that category since Gerry Scott in 1992. PK Connor Winter (Boonton Twp., NJ / Mountain Lakes) led the Conference with 62 kicking points. RB Terrence Dandridge (Baltimore, MD / Archbishop Curley) finished his career in the CC's top 10 in rushing with 3,368 yards.

Susquehanna finished with a winning season (6-4) for the second straight season – the first time that has happened since 1999-2000. QB Taylor Kolmer (Churchville, NY / Churchville) led all sophomores with 1,474 passing yards and 11 TDs, throwing just four picks in 210 attempts. WR Mike Ritter (Selinsgrove, PA / Selinsgrove) closed out his career with 189 catches for 2,788 yards and 28 touchdowns. DB Will Dyson (Souderton, PA / Souderton) led the Centennial with five interceptions, while DB Jalon Scott (Albany, NY / Albany) was second in kickoff returns (23.8), taking two to the house for touchdowns. PK Spencer Hotaling (Selinsgrove, PA / Selinsgrove) was a perfect 6-fo-6 on field-goal attempts in 2012. The Crusaders led the Conference in turnover margin (+17).

Ursinus finished 6-4 and the Class of 2013 became just the second group of seniors in school history to record winning records in all four seasons (1915). QB Chris Curran (Oceanview, NJ / Ocean City) threw for 2,632 yards and accounted for 2,929 yards of total offense, while setting a school record with 25 TD passes on the season. He threw just four interceptions in 362 attempts this season. Chris Rountree (Lawnside, NJ / Haddon Heights) picked off four passes and concluded his career with 21. PK Eric Boyer (Fort Washington, PA / Upper Dublin) became the first Bear to lead the Conference in field goals (10) since Mark McGonagle in 1995.
