2013 Outlook

The Diplomats are coming off an 18-8 record (15-5 CC) and a trip to the CC Semifinals. The team lost two starters, Allison Bauer and Megan Pauley, who both earned All-Centennial Conference Honorable Mention. However, the Diplomats return Centennial Conference Player of the Year and D3Hoops.com Preseason All-American, senior Alexa Barbush, who led the Diplomats in points (16.2 ppg), steals (3.2 spg) and was second with 65 assists.  She reached double-figures in scoring 18 times during the season, including six 20-plus point performances. As a junior, Barbush became the 13th Diplomat to reach the 1,000-point plateau. In addition to Barbush, the Diplomats return fellow classmates Elizabeth Snyder and Collen Bott and junior Kristina McCarthy. McCarthy led the team in rebounds (9.2) and blocks (1.5) per game last season. The Diplomats will look to make another appearance in the Centennial Conference tournament.
