Centennial Conference Outstanding Performances for the week ending January 30.

Eva Kolstad, Dickinson (Jr, Cheshire, Conn. / Hopkins School) - Kolstad posted first, second and third place finishes on Saturday. She earned a win with the 200 free relay (1:43.55), placed second in the 100 free (56.59) and finished third in the 200 free event with a time of 2:02.01.

Olivia Hill, Franklin & Marshall (Jr, Pooler, Ga. / Savannah Arts Academy) - Olivia Hill won both the 1,000 free (10:58.13) and the 500 free (5:18.44) for the Diplomats in a 122-83 win over Dickinson.

Caroline Coolidge, Gettysburg (So, South Windsor, Conn. / Kingswood-Oxford) - Coolidge won two individual events and anchored a winning relay team in Gettysburg's 142-63 victory over Swarthmore on Saturday. She captured both the 200 IM (2:14.75) and the 500 free (5:22.18) and swam the final leg of the 400 medley relay that won in 4:11.11.

Rachel Walega, McDaniel (Jr, Ambler, Pa. / Wissahickon) - Walega capped her three-win day as the leadoff leg in the 200-free relay, which won in a pool- and program-record time of 1:42.32, capping McDaniel’s 81-32 victory over Bryn Mawr on Saturday.  She notched the first of her two individual wins in the 100 breast with a pool-record time of 1:08.23 before later touching first in the 200 yard version (2:33.15).

Erin Lowe, Swarthmore (Fr, Austin, Texas / Liberal Arts & Science) - Lowe recorded two wins against Gettysburg.  Lowe beat strong fields in the 200 free(1:59.99) and 200 fly (2:14.64).  Her freestyle time, the first Swarthmore sub-2:00 of the year, was the second-fastest Garnet swim in the past two seasons.

Rachel Glasser, Washington College (Sr, Silver Spring, Md. / Springbrook) - Glasser broke a pool record and won three individual events for the Shorewomen in Saturday's loss to Ursinus.  Her pool record came in the 200 free as she posted a winning time of 1:55.66. She also won the 1000 free (10:54.47) and the 500 free (5:11.92).
