Franklin & Marshall 55, McDaniel 30 (FRIDAY)

WESTMINSTER, Md. - Franklin & Marshall won seven of the first eight events to help take a 55-30 victory over McDaniel in Centennial Conference women's swimming action on Friday.

Maggie Johns (So, Seaford, N.Y. / Sacred Heart Academy) paced the Diplomats (4-2, 4-0 CC) with a pair of individual wins, touching first in the 400 IM (4:46.64) and 100 free (57.03).

Dickinson 135, Washington College 61 (SATURDAY)

CHESTERTOWN, Md. - The Dickinson College women's swim team turned in a strong performance, improving to 9-3 overall and 4-0 in the Centennial Conference. The Red Devil women raced to a 135-61 win over the Shorewomen Saturday.

Senior Eva Kolstad (Cheshire, Conn. / Hopkins School) swam to three wins, capturing the 50 and 100 free events with times of 25.59 and 55.78, respectively. She also swam the lead leg of the winning 400 medley relay (4:19.98).

Franklin & Marshall 121, Ursinus 84 (SATURDAY)

LANCASTER, Pa. - Katherine Grant (Fr, South Salem, N.Y. / John Jay) set new school records in the 1000 and 1650 free events as the Franklin & Marshall women's swimming team defeated Ursinus, 121-84, in Centennial Conference action Saturday afternoon. The Diplomats have now won four-straight and move to 5-2 overall and 5-0 in the Centennial Conference, while the Bears fall to 4-4 overall and 1-1 in Conference meets.

Gettysburg 138.5, Mary Washington 122.5 (SATURDAY)

GETTYSBURG, Pa. - The Gettysburg College women's swimming team kept its perfect records intact with a non-conference win over University of Mary Washington Saturday at the Bullets Pool.

Freshman Cooper Kearns (Fr, West Hartford, Conn. / Miss Porter's School) won three events while classmateHaley Weaver (Fr, Charlotte, N.C. / South Mecklenburg) captured two for the women's team, which swept two events (200 and 500 free) and improved to 6-0.

Swarthmore 110, Cabrini 80 (SATURDAY)

SWARTHMORE, Pa. - After easily dispatching Tri-Co rival Bryn Mawr Wednesday, the Swarthmore women's swim team made quick work of the Cabrini Cavaliers Saturday by a 110-80 score. 

Led by strong swims from members of each class, the Garnet ran its record to 5-1 on the season with the win.

NORTHAMPTON, Mass. - The Bryn Mawr College women's swimming team concluded the 2012 Seven Sisters Swimming Championships Sunday at Smith College. Bryn Mawr finished in fifth place with 384 team points.

The top finish for the Owls in day two action was posted by Meredith Davis in the 100 free. Her time of 57.06 earned her a fourth-place finish.
