In a close battle for the top spot, Gettysburg narrowly edged out defending champions, Ursinus, as the preseason favorite to win the 2015 Centennial championship in a poll of Conference coaches.

The Bullets picked up five of a possible eight first-place ballots (teams not permitted to vote for themselves) to finish with 46 points while Ursinus picked up three first-place votes (45 points). Franklin & Marshall was selected to finish third with 36 points in front of Dickinson (29 points) and Swarthmore (25 points).
