Nearly nine-hundred Division III swimmers have been named to the 2016-17 CollegeSwimming Pre-Season All-Conference team. The website selected honorees from thirty-one predominantly Division III conferences. (Additional Division III swimmers will also appear in multi-divisional conferences).
In total 174 teams placed swimmers into the top two of their conference's respective events. Selections were based on the times of both returning and incoming swimmers (through September 1st) with input from coaches and sports information contacts.
